Standard near-death experiences - Long video version of my canyon near death experience on [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nW4cmcf3-aU). Death action plan - Remember this when you die: *“I am free and sovereign, stay away from the white light, return Home, I will not return to planet crazy.”* - The **Nag Hammadi** chapter “**Apocryphon of James**,” tells us that we will need to remind the archons that we know we are not a material form, that we **come from the Pleroma** (True Oneness), and that that is our Home. - **Self hypnosis** with something like this: *“The only power and authority you have, is the power and authority that I give to you. Thus I revoke all of it, and stay the powerful, sovereign being I have always been.”* ### 6. The recapitulation list - Check his book *Falling for truth* to learn how to perform a very deep life recapitulation, text available [here](https://www.egyptian-wisdom-revealed.com/2020/06/recapitualtion/). Full life reviews are not recommended anymore to everyone as they take years to complete. - Instead of full life recapitulaiton it is advised to make their **recapitulation list**, or make their **album of memories**. - **Recapitulation list:** a guide so we can have an organisation plan for the process, know who our next person to review is and some of the events connected with that person. It has to be done backwards, from the very new people all the way down to the parents - **Album of memorable events by Castaneda:** find events that happened to us, yet were also impersonal. I think it refers to things like "first tooth removed", "first break up", "first public embarrassment"... have to check his books to find out. - The goal is **to stay calm and stoic at the out-of-the-body death experience** and to not be surprised by the archons greatest "guilt cards".
