# Why Linux and you might fit together perfectly?

#### Linux is like Windows just ... different:

- replace windows or run windows & Linux on the same PC
- become independent
- forget about driver issues
- enjoy a secure system out-of-the-box
- Linux does not talk with Bill nor Steve - protect your privacy
- easy upgrade the full OS to a new release
- customise every bit - if you like
- several versions available even for low-end PCs
- Linux is (so much more) secure - forget about antivirus
- be part of an awesome world-wide community
- access thousands of complete free programs, themes and more
- if you can't find an equivalent Linux program, just run windows programs on Linux

... and Linux is even more than that!

what are you waiting for? come and join the Linux community :-)
