> Diary of what I learn, think and reflect

## 03/07/2025

Arrived and after the initial joy of the moment vanished, I immediately had thoughts of regret and wanting to go back to Tenerife. A part from the horrible, too hot, environment full of mosquitoes, (reason why people stay inside with closed doors accumulating dust that I breathe), high EMF values at grandma's home and the fact I almost "got a cold" in an afternoon, there is still the people with who I share this blunt experience...

Aunt N is hyperactive and hyper-reactive, told her not to prepare too many things for dinner, to keep it easy and fresh, but she completely ignored me and switched on the oven at 270°C to bake 2 pizzas that were completely out of place due to the high temperatures of July. She was also quite disrespectful to my initial plan: I said that I only wanted to stay at grandma's and grandpa's, but she couldn't resist to prepare the bedroom at her place, so to force me to go there. I refused and stayed at grandma's despite high EMFs (currently in bed with air purifier, mosquitoes bracelet, shungit and copper bracelet).

Cousin A is easily aggressive. She likes to find confrontations at every corner. Her body is huge, too fat. She doesn't quite stand her parents when talking

Uncle S is a very high ego person, he likes to argue for minor things, create polemic and enjoys demonstrating he was right about something.

2nd Cousin A is a foolish big boy. He likes to critique other things and likes tattoos, he's got many new ones since last I saw him

Cousin S is also quite fat, so young still. She likes America and its consumerism. She feels lost in the past, hip-hop yuppie era. Adores Primark and considers herself shopping addicted. She likes to critique and she's revengeful.

Uncle D is still trapped in tobacco, quite fat as well and laughable as fuck

Aunt I is also very fat, she likes to argue and has a deep relationship with food, stronger than others.

Grandma M is calmer but she takes way too many drugs (she has a table on the fridge with 5-6 medications to take daily). She has lots of programming and self-limiting beliefs. Right now she's falling asleep listening to AI videos of Barbara O'Neill talking about nutrition.

I hope going to grandpa's will alleviate the heat issue, the mosquitoes and the EMFs...

Today I learnt to prepare **Grandma's Peperonata**: onion with olive oil and garlic on high heat until golden; add tomatoes, then peppers and cook on mediun heat, lastly add the aubergine to absorb the water and put on high heat to speed it up; cook on medium heat until everything is cooked and golden to desired tonality

Went to Villa Varda, told her about mucusless diet. Then to Sacile forma her bloodwork results and to buy some fruits and veggies.

Had mucusless lunch with grandma (she didn't) following the presentation of Brazilian trip photos. Reorganised pictures and computer stuff. Grandma likes dehumidifier function, makes her breathe better.

Worked out with 5lb weights, then learnt about fabric and trousers.

Measures for my short trousers
Front:
- cinturino 23cm
- fine cernierna 24cm
- cavallo 29cm
- fondo 23cm
- lunghezza 45cm

Back:
- vita 22cm
- metà 28cm
- cavallo 38cm

Important: "dritto filo" (front line of suit trousers), the rear one is oblique to keep it aligned with the body

"Cimosa" is the ending of a fabric. "Cimosa" always goes alongside the body, the vertical part in the "Telaio".

Trama is horizontal and rigid. "Ordito" is vertical, loose and parallel to "Cimosa".

Natural fibers burn and create dust, they don't small too bad, it's like burning hair. Synthetic fabric on the other hand burns, smells very bad, becomes extremely hot and it wrinkles in itself becoming extremely hard.

Lana doesn't burn at all, it stops the fire by itself. Cotton, Viscose and Linen burn quite a bit but they leave nothing, one has to stop the fire otherwise it will burn it all.

After learning about fabrics, I had dinner with grandma and then tried to watch a movie (I, Robot). She obviously had fallen asleep before the end.

Woke up and worked out with grandma's weights of 5lb. Then stayed at grandma's home all morning. We talked about nutrition, I helped her with managing photos, computer, TV and smartphone stuff. At noon we had a mucusless(ish) lunch, knowing we would have a big dinner to celebrate Uncle Stefano's birthday.

After lunch I went to Aunt Naty's walking through the schools and public library. Was impressed by how detrimental those places have become, they were in restoration mode but the end result was quite ugly.

Entered home of aunt N and uncle S, immediately after cousin A and Aa arrived to help with the dinner preparation. We talked all afternoon about vegan places in Lisbon and also why (and how) I switched to a vegetarian diet. Introduced aunt N to HappyCow. All this happened while N and A where preparing all the dishes for the birthday dinner.

We called Grandpa to go and pick him up but he was at Pordenone and he discussed with its Ukrainian "driver"... So we waited and I helped Uncle S with Kodi. Lorenzo arrived moments before, by himself. I was happy to see him, he told me all about his studying. He seems liking very much what he's doing.

Had dinner and celebrated uncle's first vegetarian birthday all togheter. Went at grandpa's with lots of books that aunt N gave me on vegetarianism...

At grandpa's I tried to energetically clean the house and got a little nosebleed, it was probably an archon trying to not get burned. It wasn't a normal nosebleed, that's what I perceived. I then cleaned all the house from major archons that were residing there and finally fell asleep with open windows to make the air circulation flow. go note that I've fallen asleep with the phone in hand while looking at formuladank memes.

Still didn't read any book unfortunately.

## 06/07/2025

### Morning

Woke up at 7:00 and worked out with grandma's weights. Then had a shower and got dressed to go downstairs.

Grandpa asked me what I wanted for breakfast, I replied I don't usually have breakfast. Just had a cup of blueberry tea. He instead took almost 1 hour just to prepare his bowl of untasty cereals with barley coffee. He boiled the water 3 times because he uses the vitamin C water (and I refused to) and while he was talking about supposed experts saying Vitamin C is good, the boiled water eventually cooled down.

A full clock had passed as he was finally pouring water into his bowl to create a more less thick and brown paste. I had already finished my tea when he started eating that birds soup. He continued to talk while eating and he finished at around 10:00 (keep in mind I descended at 8:30).

After the deliciously tasteless breakfast, I showed him my collection of digital books, the ones included in the tails live usb I brought with me. Booted the live session and showcased it all. He was amazed that a whole operating system plus all those booka were contained in such a tiny usb stick.

Passed the next 2 hours talking about the book that inspired me to come here. As I was explaining the concepts and showing him how he has some views as the renaissance man, he was also proudly telling me the story of his working life.

At noon I started the incentive of preparing something to eat for lunch. Because we stayed seated all the time (and because he took almost 2 hours to finish his breakfast), his perception of time was distorted. He replied: "Oh really? Is it noon already? Aaaahhh you robbed me the morning Tommaso".

### Lunch

Of course the first thing he offered me was the salmon. After I refused he again started to talk about his diet and how certain foods do not "disturb him". Of course the salmon was eaten with wasa "cardboard".

I opened the fridge with his permission and found almost no fresh fruits nor vegetables. My salvation was the few apples, pears and cherries he had. Gladly enough he had 2 old and fluffy carrots and some fennel.

Since fruit requires little to no preparation, I cut my portions and started to eat. He instead was quite slow preparing his cardboard with salmon. The moment I almost finished the fruit, he had just started to eat. He usually eats while listening to some political propaganda on YouTube (more on this later).

As the youtube was switched off, we talked about many things. Our previous conversation on critiquing society, eventually escalated to projecting its future. We mentioned the role of AI, how cash is going to disappear, the unconsciousness of most people, Uncle Ted, genetic engineering, the 2 new worlds, the dystopia it's going to be... He continually refused to accept it and repeated many times that "they fool him not for long"... Meaning that he's happy to have lived his life the way it was and he's glad to not fully live the dystopic future that awaits us.

He stated that he's had enough of modern people. He doesn't understand them. He critiques them. At any point in time he got the opportunity, he started to tell a story in which he was attacked or provoked, showing that he was on the right. I listened to him, to his stories. I comprehend him.

I tried to show him what compassion is, that he should let go of the attack, that it only is an attack if perceived as it, that in reality is an insecurity of the other person...He couldn't understand it. Grandpa sees only his point of view, he's not capable of feeling empathy and he forgets many things (quite rapidly).

He repeated that his character is this way and that it was always like this... Here he told me how he was bullied when he was a child. He had to defend himself with violence, therefore that's the only thing he uses to "protect" himself.

He says that when he receives a provocation, he "advises" the provocateur to stop maximum 2 times and at he third he "goes for the hair". In reality, his way of letting the other person know of his unpleasantness, is in itself an offensive attack or a threat with a rude tonality. Therefore the chance for the provocateur to "continue" is higher as he himself feels provoked. He doesn't understand compassion, i.e. ignoring the provocation and understand the provocateur externalisation of a weakness.

To make his point stronger he used the example of Bukele in El Salvador politics. The same thing Hitler did to build Nazi Germany. Use power to impose something that is morally correct while jailing all the ones that differ from it. There we started talking about the definition of "Freedom and Liberty", then I mentioned the "7 deadly sins" and he just couldn't understand the whole picture.

He kept repeating that he suffered all his life and that he hates to shut up when he knows he his right and the other person is wrong. He kept using the bukele argument that one does not need to suffer because of a small group of "stupid individuals" that are "born to be bad".

I told him that there must be a balance, that everything in this universe either absorbs others, let itself be absorbed or doesn't want to absorb neither get absorbed. He said he identifies with the third one but he also said he is not a saint.

### Afternoon

At 16:00 I wanted to watch the F1 race, but he couldn't remember the admin password I needed to install kodi. Half an our had passed where I searched for alternatives, he then came and told me to look below the laptop. There there were many passwords (I would say all of them). It worked, but since I had lost almost half of the race I gave up and decided to show grandpa the Lençois Maranhenses. The replay of the entire race would have been broadcasted for free on TV8 at 19:00 anyway.

So I managed to connect my tails live USB to his Sony VAIO and presented all the 783 pictures of the whole Brazilian trip. I noticed he only really cared about the lençois, the most things he asked here about the lençois. He was feeling regret and maybe even a little envy for not going there when he had the opportunity.

Towards the end, mum made a video-call and we talked for a quarter of an hour, exchanging little updates. Finished the call and the pictures around 19:00, I then transferred them all to his External Drive (he called it "LaCie 3 2TB" when it's a WD 1TB) and he wanted them to be named "Lençois Maranhenses", what an egocentric character he has.

### Dinner

As I was eating my fruit, this time: some pears, cherries, apples and a literally frozen melon; he was "cooking" a *"vegetable soup"* consisting of frozen green soup, frozen peas and frozen spinach. He put all together inside a little pot on high heat.

After it melted he added "a bit of salt", which corresponds to 2 full pinches (they were huge IMHO). A bit later he tasted this soup and since he found it insipid, he wanted to add other salt. I stopped him, he said that it was very insipid. I replied he could add salt later to his own plate, he said nothing. Not even 2 minutes later I saw him rapidly adding salt to the soup (like to not get caught by me), double the he amount of the first time. I said nothing.

A bit later, he asked me if I wanted him to add oat flakes to the soup. For fuck sake, I immediately rejected the idea. This man eats birds food, literally! As an alternative he suggested to add tomato sauce to it, something I again refused to accept. I noticed he was a bit annoyed, as he would have preferred to use them.

He then proposed garlic powder, to which I agreed. The problem was the garlic powder had solidified into small cubes that were rock solidly attached to the base of the container.

He served me my portion and I still had my fruit to finish, he continued adding things to his. These "toppings" include a huge amount oil (which I told him to only add a bit in the plate, not cooking it), other spices and of course more salt.

Mine was pretty salty but still manageable, I could somehow taste all the ingredients. I cannot imagine how his soup was.

As we were eating we were trying to watch the formula 1 British Grand Prix. But since it was raining quite a lot due to the Electric Storm, the internet connection was disturbed. Sometimes it failed to connect so we had to watch it by intervals. In one of these intervals he asked me if I was going to Church with him the next day, I rapidly said no and he was surprised by my conviction. Then I also pointed out that the next day was Monday and that the current day is Sunday, he thought I was joking but he clearly didn't know what day it was.

When I finished that "wonderful" soup, he asked me if I would like something else, I initially said no (since he proposed some cheese) but then agreed when he suggested some nuts. He eats quite a lot of "prepared" stuff: cheese, smoked salmon, cardboard, nuts, canned beans, frozen vegetables, pre-washed veggies... He is quite lazy in that regard. Since I was rejecting most of the things he proposed me, he said I eat very little.

After doing the washing up we moved to his bedroom to finish watching the formula 1. He fell asleep 4 times in under 30 minutes, first in the chair (which then I swapped for the armchair) with a pronounced swinging I was worried he would fell down to the floor.

Then after the F1 race finished I said goodnight to him and went upstairs to get ready for bed. I was quite tired, more energetically than physically. I would have written or read a book but I couldn't. I fell asleep with the electric storm in the background.

## 07/07/2025

I woke up naturally at 7:00 and exercised with grandma's weights. Had a shower, got changed and before going downstairs, I noticed Ivan (the Ukrainian "driver") was at the fence. I went downstairs and as I said Good morning to grandpa, he was watching an AI video of a fake story of a girl that suffered bullying and how she defended herself by knocking out all the bullies.

Then he asked me what I would have for breakfast. I replied I don't usually have breakfast (he forgot what I told him yesterday). He immediately said with a rude tone that it's not good to skip breakfast and that he never had skipped it in his life.

Then he told me that Ivan was ready to bring him to the store to buy a battery for his old screwdriver. He was annoyed he didn't even had breakfast and initially said NO to Ivan, but since it was the only opportunity he had he took it. I said he could go out no problem, I would stay at home. He gave me the keys and went out.

While he was away I got the opportunity to check his YouTube feed, as I suspected it was full of propaganda: from political propaganda of multiple countries including Meloni and Bukele, to the AI channels about fake storytelling, passing through Jannik Sinner and news channels that only talk about rubbish just to get views. It was a mess. He was subscribed to hundreds of random channels and he liked every single rubbish video they pushed on him, therefore continuing this loop (he doesn't search for anything, he only clicks on what appears when he opens YouTube and that's dangerous).

So I tried to clean it up: I unsubscribed to most channels, tagged videos as "not interested" and added new interesting channels to try to replace its current feed.

When he got back home he forgot I was home and he thought he had left the fence and door open. The remembered that I was inside... Got back very annoyed that the store didn't have the battery for his old screwdriver. I looked online and found a replacement battery for €27 on Amazon. He told me to buy it, I asked if he had an account, a dubious face appeared. He then said no, I said that it requires one and suggested that he should get in contact with Canton's to get it sorted. He wanted to call Uncle S the same day but I said they were on a 5-day trip in Milan. He complained that nobody let's him know.

### Supermarket walk

A bit later we left the house by walk to get to Visotto supermarket. Grandpa was walking with the stick and he was super slow. It took almost 40 minutes to get there (and it's not really that far away).

While walking we had a talk about what we're going to buy. He said that "the majority of experts of internet" recommended not to eat bananas. I asked why is that. He replied that he cannot remember everything. I insisted, showing genuine curiosity, he answered he doesn't know why. I wanted to know if he liked bananas, he affirmed that he loved them and never had problems with them. I then asked why he stopped eating them then. He just said because the experts told me so. That was the point of no return.

I was also monitoring EMFs values and as we got closer to the supermarket they increased dramatically as there is an antenna in front of the store. At grandpa's home EMFs are fantastic, just like nature (everything under 1.0)

Arrived at the grocery store, we left its personal cart at the entrance and he placed his stick in the shopping cart. We did the shopping, I insisted on buying lots of fruits and vegetables. He didn't reject the idea, he forgot to make a shopping list. I noticed how lazy he really is, he doesn't like to "work" to eat. He even prefers to buy more expensive prepackaged preselected food, rather than having to manually select them, weight, them, wash them, peal them, cut them, store the excesses and throwing them away as rubbish. He doesn't even care about the country of origin (he was going to buy some raisins from filthy India). We actually got as many things to fill up the entire personal cart and only spent €50.

In the moment of leaving the store, he couldn't find his stick (he forgot he placed it in the shopping cart) and thought it was inside his backpack. Fortunately I saw that a man walked in and picked up the shopping cart we used, the one with the stick. So I followed him and got the stick back. Of course, in grandpa's eyes this innocent man was the idiot, not him that completely forgot to pick up his stick and left the shopping cart alone for anybody to use it afterwards.

On the way back I sped up a bit and we managed to get home in 30ish minutes. At some point we encountered a boy riding a bike without hands in the middle of the road, at that point grandpa said to him with a rude tonality: "I will not help you if you fall". I asked him if he knew the boy, he said no and then continued saying that he doesn't like bullies or people that have too much confidence.

I also asked him about the possibility of moving to Pordenone and he initally refused because he prefers Sacile, but then he said that for the services he would indeed make the sacrifice and go to PN.

This trip to the supermarket took 2 hours in total, that's a bit crazy.

### Lunch

Arrived at home he opened the laptop and started listening to a 10 hour YouTube video on Venezuela political propaganda as we had lunch. He only watches YouTube. He always watches these kind of propaganda videos while eating. I then convinced him to switch video and I chose a Jacobo Greenberg interview, he clearly didn't listen to it.

For luch I ate a banana, a peach, some cherries, two apples and then fennel, carrots, cabbage and tomatoes. Grandpa ate a bowl of mixed vegetables including tomatoes, oil, spinach, oil, garlic, oil, cabbage, salt, vinegar, oil, carrots and more salt.

He then complained about not having remembered to bring out organic rubbish. And while eating he kept repeating the propaganda of Bukele, the exact words he used the day before (this happened also with his stories). He also forgot tha t Aunt N and Uncle S were going to Milan on a 5-day trip until Friday. I tried to make him remember that we talked about this on Saturday night but he replied that he doesn't care what other people say to him and that he forgets it pretty quickly.

### Afternoon

I still don't know how exactly, but I could have some time for myself. He went out with the rubbish and I pulled out my phone to write this note. I then went upstairs and just stayed there for hours writing these thoughts. He was downstairs and he also went to his lab to check some things...

While writing I received a call from Aunt I about planning a mountain trip to do altogether during the weekend. He simultaneously was on a call with a paste provider for silver polishing.

I went downstairs as he finished the call and he explained me that he wants to buy them online, so he must call Aunt N. I remembered him that they are on a 5-day trip to Milan (he thought they would get back sooner because he doesn't listen when other people talk).

I asked grandpa if he had some home maintenance to do, that I could help him. Then we went upstairs to check a bedroom ceiling that cracked. He said he must buy the colours. From the colours and the house monetary revaluation he started talking about his work with colours and cars, eventually falling back to talking about his Mathis... In the long monologue including every photo he has on the wall, he made me think he could contact "the best car museum in the world" in Alsace. He said he never thought about it.

We ended the conversation and went downstairs. As we got down, Dad called us (my phone was on aeroplane mode, so grandpa's rung). I helped that with uploading and building the new Tapas menu. He actually did a pretty good job with it, he's getting quite handy at it.

### Dinner

I got the same "boring fruits" as he didn't know what to eat. He opened the fridge and only just realised the amount of *fresh* fruits and vegetables we got at the store. He probably never saw such amount inside his house. He then made a bowl of mixed vegetables, similar to the lunch one and of course full of salt, oil and vinegar. He always eats his daily dose of wasa cardboard and tonight he also ate matured cheese with it.

In the background I chose to listen to the other half of Jacobo Greenberg interview. As the concepts were unveiled I asked grandpa if he ever tried or was interested in meditation, he said no. Then as the video progressed I asked him if he had an internal voice that talked to him, he said "yes of course, that's my mind". I asked him if he ever tried to suppress it, he answered that he never had a reason to do so. Here I suspected "the voices" were really talking with me, as he changed tonality compared to the question on meditation.

Finished the first video I put another one of the possible reasons why Jacobo Greenberg disappeared. He listened to certain things that he disliked about modifying reality and transcending matter and he put an X on the argument. He then critiqued them all as "mad people who want to play like gods".

I switch to another video about Leonardo but the same thing happened as he listened to "immortality". He's completely programmed and lost. He doesn't want his belief system to be challenged to not create doubts. He feels safe in his Catholicism and wants to stay there as a good slave as his mother programmed him to be (he told me she was the same, a daily prayer).

Respecting his opinion I stopped all videos after done with the washing up and went upstairs to brush teeth and close windows as another electric storm arrived.

Stayed downstairs a bit more, writing while he was back at the laptop watching Yannik Sinner, AI videos about politics (and shouting at the AI voice for asking a rethorical question to Meloni). He probably doesn't even understand the state of unconsciousness he's in.

Then as internet came and went, like the night before, due to the lightings and thorns, he got even more upset. He started critiquing his neighbour Ivan, the poor Ukrainian that is obligated to drive him everywhere he wants. I just tried to make him reflect, but he seems to not being able to understand what meditation, empathy or self-observation is.

I cut his critique monologue, said goodnight and went upstairs to go to bed (tonight I sleep with clothes as I think the bed maybe has bedbugs because I got pinched throughout the body).

## 08/07/2025

Woke up tired and late. Thought about not working out. In the end I did work out, had a shower and went downstairs. I had a green tea for breakfast, grandpa as well but he added sucralose and of course, Oswego biscuits. It was strange he only ate that...

Then he asked me, again, why I avoided vitamin c in the water. He forgot, again what I told him the day before. Then we started talking about health and the story went to him telling me how he k ew many people that got sick and died due to not protecting their health from dangerous gases. From there he talked about his experience with smoking, then I gave him a quote that he liked: "kill your vices before they kill you".

After that I had a look at the little Sony laptop computer. I downloaded MX Linux Xfce 32-bit and managed to install it. Grandpa didn't remember I had already installed Linux Mint Debian Edition on it last October. He didn't even remember he already saw the 2 black lines on the laptop's display. He was worried about them. I said the only option would be to connect an external monitor.

We went upstairs looking for a VGA cable while it was installing. Couldn't find it but un return se found many cool old cameras, videocameras and mobile phones grandpa used.

### Lunch

During lunch I put on videos from MisteriosOcultosTV and Grandpa seemed to appreciate them. These were about south america history, then Machu Picchu and finally the Atlantic pyramids (including Guimar pyramids in tenerife).

From there we started watching a series of videos about Tenerife, since he asked about Teide eruption and creation of La Orotava valley. We first watched a video around La Orotava which he really liked. He kept repeating he would have never imagined that Tenerife was that pretty and well maintained.

Then I continued showing him other places like La Laguna, Santa Cruz, la Rambla, Costa Adeje, autopistas... He wanted to know where Stechezzini lived and of course told me a story about the good times they spent together and how gradually detached since he bought the house in tenerife. Grandpa was amazed how much Tenerife changes in so little space/time. He kept saying he would have never imagined it that way and that's the first time he watched videos like those.

### Afternoon

We went to the lab to polish some silver. I gave grandpa my copper bracelet to polish first so he could explain me how it works. It's pretty easy: apply the paste in the rotating roll, then put in contact the humid fabic with the metal to polish (keep it firm with both hands). If needed one can shape metal using an abrasive roll instead.

I asked him some doubts I had, so to learn a bit better. He showed me the copper he had, after asking him about copper bracelets. Found a good piece of copper, thinned it down, cut in half, shaped into circles and actually created 2 highly polished copper bracelets out of it.

Grandpa also made me choose 2 bookmarkers made out of silver. He said we would polish them tomorrow.

In fact, it took way more than expected, we finished at 21:00 and then we went inside to eat dinner. It was raining all afternoon and he dressed up a bit more because he felt the air to be too cold. He hates cold wind, he said he felt it was autumn temperature.

### Dinner

I chpped down some vegetables for both, some tomatoes, fennel and cabbage. He added salt, oil and vinegar to his and accompanied it with wasa cardboard... I ate my fruit first.

I made him eat the banana as a dessert, which he enjoyed like a kid eats an ice cream or a piece of cake after dinner.

On the computer I chose to listen to MisteriosOcultosTV, since it was a success at lunch, this time talking about the structures they've found behind the pyramids. One video after another and then we faced with a Mundo Desconocido one on the same topic where JL was explaining the findings of Corrado Malanga.

To my great surprise, grandpa said he knew BOTH Corrado Malanga (who doesn't really like too much) and JL which he adores. He said he used to watch many videos of JL in the past but someday he stopped getting it recommended (he only clicks on videos, he never types nor searches anything).

We watched many other JL videos (2-3) and Grandpa was quite happy to "see him back". He declared that having found this channel again felt like meeting an old friend after a while.

I was happy for him and also confused on how he could know about these characters and thinking the way he does. Anyway, I gave him a hug and said goodnight to him. Went upstairs to write this.

## 09/07/2025

I woke up at 6:00 without effort. Did my workout a bit later and went downstairs by 8:00. Grandpa was watching the pictures of the Lençois Maranhenses. He was amazed.

He then commented me that he doesn't like people that talked things he disagrees with (especially about God, religion and entities). He said he juat stopped reading a book because it talked about a woman possessed by a demon.

For breakfast I had a green tea and he had a bowl of cereals, strings of cardboard, oats and almonds, all mixed up with hot water to create a paste.

I had sent to Tenerife Family group a picture of the cactus I can see in the neighbour's front yard, I asked if it was Tinto or Chumbo... So mom reminded me to check if Grandpa used the Higo Tinto we gave him. He didn't even try it.

Grandpa received spam calls after breakfast, he hates them. So I suggested him to start by switching Browser from Chrome to Brave avoiding getting ads in YouTube videos and then signing up for Robinson list.

I set up his computer with Brave as the default, with it auto starting at boot and automatically opening YouTube. I then made the computer update itself to the newest version.

As I was tinkering with the laptop, grandpa showed me his pens. He wanted to give me one as a gift. There were 5 Ettore Bugatti pens to choose from: 2 stylographic, 1 gel, 1 Biro and 1 thin pencil. I was a bit doubtful on which one to pick. I discarded the stylographic ones because I don't use them, as well as the pencil because I cannot sign things with a pencil. Still in doubt which one to pick honestly.

During the conversation about Bugatti's pens, I asked him about the greatest car museum of all time and he proudly repeated the same thing he said the other day. I then looked online and found its website, that then I shared with dad for a possible future donation of the Mathis.

### Lunch

We had an early lunch where he again offered me the salmon or the trout to eat with the wasa cardboard. He said that sometimes I could "break my diet", which to me felt pointless and remembered me the same thing that happened in Brazil with Francisca proposing me to eat fish.

I ate the fruit, to which I added the nuts and the prunes (hopefully they help me have a bowel movement and evacuate), then prepared some vegetables for both. He ate almost only cardboard with salmon.

We watched a video of JL about the Cleroterion, an old Greek machine used to choose the head of state for that year. It worked like a poll, so no corruption. He didn't understand it fully at first but he seemed to approve it. He then had the chance to talk about politics (which I dislike) and how great Giorgia Meloni is. He of course calls the PD (centre-left) party as communists, because that how Giorgia calls them I guess.

I then explained the Cleroterion a bit better to him and he got even more amazed by it. He said it was a good system, even if he didn't like some things of it (like the fact that one cannot be reelected).

We then gradually switched from politics to society, bullies, parents that are not educating their children... And of course he didn't waste the opportunity to tell me the story of his life, how rigid were adults when he was a child and how he educated his children in more less the same fashion.

I noticed some repetitions here, from days before but even from moments before (sometimes I believe the archon he has is displacing his consciousness and he forgets about things; he shows some signs of dementia-alzheimer i.e a brain parasite)

### Afternoon

We went to his lab to polish some silver. He showed me how to do it and then I gave it a try. I polished all his silver bookmarks. He then made me choose 2 to bring home with me. I picked up the one of the leaf and the triangular one.

The art of polishing metals makes them really hot because of the friction the fabric with paste applies to the metal. Grandpa explained me how one should go from thick paste-abrasive fabric roll to thin paste-smooth fabric roll. This progression should be gradually. He showed me how to place the metal on the wheel of spinning fabric roll so to polish it safely. He always recommended using a wood stick to place under the metal, so to have a solid base from where to push against.

The metal becomes so hot I nearly burned my right thumb, as it was the main finger that hold the object.

When I got inside the house to go for a wee, I checked my phone and cousin A wrote me that grandma was worried I wasn't enjoying my staying and that if I would like to go back to Brugnera I had to advise her (cousin A) to come pick me up.

I replied it's all good here with grandpa and told her my plan for Saturday. I said I had to contact aunt N to tell her about it.

After some more time I went back to the loo and checked my phone again. This time it was aunt N that sent me a voice message saying cousin A told her about my plan and that he approves to come for lunch on Saturday and then get back down in the afternoon.

Back to the lab I informed grandpa, he started asking questions about when I would leave. I said on Saturday. Then he proposed me to choose another jewel a part from the silver bookmarks and the pen. I said I was OK. He then asked me if Nico wanted something, so I got the phone and wrote him. After sending him pictures, he chose a gold bracelet. Grandpa was happy.

A bit later I told him to ask his driver if he could bring him to buy what he needed (paint and screwdriver battery) the morning of the following day. He went and arranged a deal.

Back inside the house grandpa returned on the Saturday plan, and asked me if I could stay more time, he thought I would have the plane on Saturday. He forgot about everything I told him. So I explained it to him again that I came to Italy, not for a holiday, but to learn new skills from my family members. He said no one told him that before. He said I needed to be more explicit and that if he knew he wouldn't have let me sleep (thank god I was not too explicit).

I had a conversation with him on the various skills I had already learnt by simply living in his own house and talking to him. I _absorbed_ information without making it academically boring such as following a lecture.

Then we went to the container to find the paint for the bedroom. Got it and placed it in the lab. After that we got the empty water bottles and placed them outside, so the next day I could ride the bike to go fill then up while he was out with his ukrainian driver.

Before dinner I checked the F1 memes and found out about Horner leaving Redbull after 20 yeara with immediate effect. I was shocked.

I also proposed him to try Higo Tinto but he didn't want. I showed him all the benefits it has and how much vitamin c it contains, so he could makeand drink pink water instead of using that ascorbic acid in powder.

He started again asking why I dislike the vitamin c powder, I told him that vitamin c in fruit is better. He stated that vitamin c powder is more practical, I said that is a _lazy_ thing from him. He felt attacked for calling him lazy and started to get furious, I said I didn't call _him_ lazy, but just that act of laziness.

He tried to _attack me back_ by raising his voice but he started to choke and cough. He looked for a glass of water, drunk a bit, solved the problem and then completely forgot what we were talking about. He had calmed down instantly (maybe because I put transparent fire all over him to keep its archon at bay). Of course then I changed conversation and proposed to set the table for dinner.

### Dinner

He just ate melon and cardboard for dinner, together with wine. I ate melon and pear, followed by a whole fennel.

We watched JL talking about the great taking and that initiated a conversation on the critique of society and how grandpa raised well his children (and how others didn't and therefore are creating a dystopic future).

He told me the story of the many crisis he suffered in his life, Schio's being the greatest he survived. He also told me he sent his children to the UK to force them to learn English for their future. He went in detail with aunt N experience at just 10 years old.

I asked him if, looking back, he would have set the roots in Basil, Switzerland instead of Brugnera. He said yes. He said that leaving Switzerland was one of the biggest errors of his life. I then asked him how was Brugnera in the good times, he said it was in full development due to the state easily lending money to the furniture sector's growth. He explained how people who received the money also spent it in buying terrains instead of investing it all in the business.

He told me that when he came to Brugnera the first paycheck was miserable and wanted to go back to Switzerland, but he couldn't. So he stayed and also asked for help to his brother. He explained that his brother wasn't a person that talked much and, like other times, he didn't say a word and didn't help grandpa despite having a big furniture business with 50 employees.

So to get enough money to sustent a family of 3, grandma had to open a patisserie in Brugnera as the only place for people to gather were Ostiaries. He then also commented how more and more Americans came to the area as well due to Aviano NATO base. He always looked at them as arrogant and having a feeling of superiority. He told me how there were even flights with them at the Osteria. Cool.

He hated american ever since, even more when people in south america mistook him as an American. He then switched to talk about how he learnt and spoke Spanish, then the importance of languages, especially learning them during the childhood, and ended telling me Giorgia Meloni life story, how she responded in a perfectly pronounced german when she first participated to the European meeting. Then he told me how incredible she is, how many languages she talks, how other countries envy her and would like to have someone like her at the power.

I was tired of it, so I said it was late, that I wanted to read a bit and I went upstairs straight to sleep after rechecking the news about Horner leaving Redbull.

## 10/07/2025

Woke up at 5:55 having slept well, the only thing that bothered me was the t-shirt Diva gave me, it was itchy on the arms (would prefer to leave it here to be honest, don't even know what it is made of). Worked out and felt the soreness, I was looking in the mirror and noticed my body grew even more muscular.

Had a nice cold shower and then started writing in bed for an hour or so, until grandpa called me to get downstairs.

He had to leave to go find the battery for his old screwdriver and gave me the water card, the bike, the keys and instructions for the house. Then he left complaining that he always waits for others but no one waits for him (Ivan only ringed the bell to let him know, nothing more...)

In the meantime, I got the bike and bottles sorted, then I closed the door and rode towards the water filter machine. I had to refill 24 bottles of a litre each, but I could only transport 6 per trip with the bike. Considering, that it takes 10ish minutes to go, fill the bottles and come back; I spent 40ish minutes to refill those bottles of water.

When arrived back at grandpa's, I put the bike inside the lab, the bottles inside below the stairs and proceeded to open every window that wasn't open. Grandpa has this bad habit of being lazy to open windows and make the house ventilate. He hates wind, cold air and rain.

Then I had some free time to write and get the diary up to date with the facts. Grandpa was still out with Ivan.

When grandpa came back, he asked me to look for an electric screwdriver online. We found one on Amazon for 51€. He wanted me to order it, bit he forgot I already said I cannot do that as I don't have an account.

Later I asked him about his old smartphone and why he changed it. Basically the reason was social pressure, everybody pushed on him the idea it was old and therefore must be replaced.

I took a look at it and decided to unlock it to install /e/OS.

### Lunch

We finished almost all the fruit in the fridge. Raisins and apricots were all eaten. Then I prepared some cabbage, a cucumber (finished) and carrots (finished). Grandpa ate the same but instead of cucumber he chose spinach.

We watched JL videos about club bilderberg and rich people constructing entire cities below the surface of the earth. I then tried to explain him the real difference between a million and a billion. He couldn't understand it at first, but then eventually caught up.

### Afternoon

After lunch I managed to create a mi account, link it to the device using a SIM, then unlock the bootloader (without waiting if done with the SIM on) and flash the /e/os custom ROM. I finished at 15:00

After it we went upstairs to fix the wardrobe door that was catching the big circle fix in the ceiling. I dismantled the door, then put it back on all using a manual screwdriver and some organic strength. I had to do this twice because the first time we didn't mark the reference points.

I had the idea of pushing the wardrobe away from the circle so to let the door open fully. Grandpa was more on levigating the wardrobe door frame whereas I would have preferred to leave it untouched and levigate the circle of wood instead. Grandpa listened and then did whatever he had in mind. He ended up levigating both with and electric disk scraper.

Once we finished, we proceeded to move everything out of the room. When we moved the big blue box out of the waim, using a smart method by putting a carpet behind it and making it slide through the floor, I had the idea of placing the big wardrobe in its place, out of the way of the circle of wood. Grandpa was a bit frustrated that we had work almost an hour for nothing.

Then we removed the bed and cleaned it all up using grandpa's electric vacuum by Folletto (expensive piece of crap whose battery only lasts half an hour).

Once empty and clean we set the nylon protection on the floor and while grandpa was searching for a way to fix in place on the floor, I learnt how to putty and fixed all the holes and cracks on the wall and ceiling. We continued with this until 21:00

### Dinner

Since it was late we ate the melon with dried fruit and nuts. I added pistachios, almonds, walnuts, a peach, dried raisins and some dried grapes. Grandpa ate the melon with cardboard and pistachios and dried white grapes from Chile.

We put JL in the background but we talked about places of the earth we would return to. Grandpa immediately said Maceio and of course told a story of the memories he created there. Then as a second place he said Ushuaia, without a doubt, and another story of the same just started.

At 22:00 I drunk a glass of water with Higo Tinto, and closed the conversation with grandpa. Said good night to him and went upstairs exhausted, to write this.

## 11/07/2025

Woke up at 7:00, a bit tired so I stayed in bed until 7:20, then did my express workout. Had a cold shower and went downstairs. Grandpa was looking for paint in the container and in his lab. So I had a glass of water with Higo Tinto. Found him, said good morning and helped him bringing inside the paint and brushes.

He asked me if I already had breakfast, he forgot again that I usually don't have breakfast, so to not start getting polemical I said yes. He then said he wanted to eat something, I suggested him going for the _pink water_ (Higo Tinto), so he did.

Then we went upstairs to check the room, we scrabbed the excess of dry putty, put down floor protection where the nylon didn't arrive, protected the red wall with plastic bags we cut and set with tape and of course, I put tape around every object that needed protection.

After it, we went downstairs to the container and lab to look for a stick and a drying grid for painting.

Found what we needed after looking everywhere because grandpa forgot everything. Then as he was a bit disoriented with blurred vision as if he had drunk alcohol, that was only because he didn't eat at all in the morning and very little the night before, we stopped working and had a lunch.

### Lunch [to finish]

Finished almost all the fruit
Prepared a salad bowl, one each, with leafs, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and chickpeas. He didn't eat his. He only ate salmon with wasa cardboard and wine.

### Afternoon

Giorgia Meloni greatness
Had a shit
He was having coffee with biscuits
Started whistling Bella Ciao
Went upstairs to rub the putty excess
Put tape protection around the door and windows frames
Put tape and nylon bags protection in the reed wall
Took 1h to dissolve the color with extreme percussion
Started painting with brushes, grandpa complained about everything, the paint, the colour, my form of painting (he is a terrible teacher, he's egocentric and tries to correct whatever I did. At one point I said I didn't understand what he meant and if he could show it to me, he felt offended and challenged), the weakness he has, the cervicals, the loss of balance, the house, the money, his rotten legacy...
I passed the afternoon hearing him complaining about everything. I started to hate painting.
He painted the ceiling insulting the roller every minute (he chose that roller btw).
When he went downstairs because he felt weak and disoriented I could paint in peace and actually enjoyed that little time alone. It was peaceful as I should be.
He came back up to basically stop me from finishing the work.
He changed idea soooo many times about the same thing, he forgets what he says and then says the reverse.

### Dinner

Went to have dinner, he forgot he didn't eat the salad I prepared him for lunch.

He asked me about Milei and I said I don't like him, he then started talking about politics (which I hate). I put JL videos and started to talk about the future, the video was about AI becoming conscious. Then we talked about the future, he previously asked me if I wanted to be a nutritionist or not. I said I see the future quite different from what it has been until now and that 1 step in the right direction is 100x better than 1000 steps in the wrong (traditional) direction imposed to society up to now.

I explained him the dystopic future that awaits us. Then I went upstairs to get ready for bed and instead I talked with mom and dad for 45 minutes. I updated them with latest facts and overall satisfaction of the experience at grandpa's.

Grandpa walked in to get some clothes and didn't even notice I was on a call. He then warned me about closing the windows for the night, for _safety_ reasons. I was quite tired, said goodbye to mom and dad and started sleeping without having a shower nor brushing my teeth.

## 12/07/2025

Woke up tired and late, didn't workout. Heard grandpa doing stuff upstairs near me. Prepared and chat with dad for a bit, then grandpa came in.

He had removed the major protections from the room we painted, he only left the floor protection on the side of the wall we needed to paint.

We both went downstairs to "have breakfast". I had a cup of higo tinto with water followed by a cup of blueberries tea. He, on the other hand, had a bowl of cereals with Higo tinto.

Planned to go to Visotto supermarket to buy something. Went to the container to get some paint. Went upstairs to finish painting. Grandpa helped me with directions and by holding plexiglass protection against the wall to avoid painting the ceiling.

Painted done, started to clean up. Grandpa was angry because I didn't go straight to having a shower.

The rest of the family arrived, I accidentally broke grandpa's trimmer, then forgot to tell him. Has lunch all together.

Asked grandpa how to start the Mathis, started the Mathis.

Went to Polcenigo to have a walk. Walked for more than an hour around woods, river and town centre. Then had an aperitif all together.

Went to aunt N house, on the way back we ordered pizza, recollected it from pizzeria and we ate it all together at N's.

Slept at grandma's.

## 13/07/2025

Checked the weather, decided to avoid the mountain because of rain. Went to Cjons instead and ate lunch there all together.

We watched photos of Brazil, we laughed and talked together until late.

Went back to Brugnera for dinner and stayed therat aunt's to sleep.

## 14/07/2025

All day closed inside with aunt N learning patchwork, fabric and clothes. Only stopped for lunch and dinner. Zero movement a part from morning workout.

Learned:
- Patchwork (history, theory and practice)
- Quilting
- Appliqué
- calibrate a machine
- go straight with the machine without a guide
- mitrat angles
- tack a button
- repair a sock

## 15/07/2025

Went to Alice's by bike with Uncle S to return their bikes. Did a trip around Pordenone and ate an ice cream at Cavour square.

Still arrived at Alice's too early as she was finishing German classes. Then aunt N arrived and we went all together to Abruzzese pizzeria for lunch. Ate a Tricolore pizza with a strange crust, was good.

Passed the afternoon at Brugnera with Uncle S, we repaired my mosquito bracelet and my watch. Then we went to Grandma's to repair her living room furniture. Uncle went to pick up Aunt at work and we had dinner at grandma's.

Stayed at grandma's to sleep.

## 16/07/2025

Woke up late and went to the Maron street market with Grandma to buy fruits and veggies. Came back and worked out, then had lunch with Grandma.

Talked a bit with Grandma and in the afternoon Lorenzo came to pick us up to go to Treviso.

Took almost 2 hours to go to Treviso, Lorenzo drove brilliantly but changed route many times.

Had a walk in Treviso's centre to stop at Treviso Tiramisu to eat a slice of Tiramisu.

After it we went straight to Osteopath Diego's location. Grandma had a 2 hour session of diagnosis and treatment. The experience was marvellous, the guy is quite harmonic and makes it all nice and understandable.

Came back to Brugnera, Lorenzo stayed for dinner at grandma's (we ate quite late that night). Aunt N came to discuss weekend plans, but instead talked with Lorenzo for an hour about the laziness of people not eating healthy.

At 23:30 Grandpa calls Lorenzo for the second time (he called him on the way to Treviso). He then passes the phone to me. Grandpa was angry about the beard trimmer and the fact I was ignoring him (he stated he called me many times but I never received any call from him).

I stopped him and said I was going to talk to him the next day.

Situation got polemical for no reason.

----

## 17/07/2025

I was at grandma's, Aunt N came there in the morning.

Grandpa advised Lorenzo to advise me to call him around 11:00. I called him and he said his monologue: he reflected, he disliked my behaviour, he said he wasn't going to cancel me but he wanted the gift back (the pens I suppose, but he also wanted Nico's one)

Had lunch at grandma's, aunt went to work. Stayed all afternoon with Grandma and learned more about clothing.

At 18:00ish aunt came back, mom and dad called me and then we went to aunt house where at 19:00ish Tio Pampa picked me up.

We bought ice cream and pizza for dinner and ate it at his home. Updated me on Adam's situation and their health problems which pushed them to follow a keto diet. They both lost quite a lot of weight.

Went to sleep at aunt's.

## 18/07/2025

Woke up early and got ready for mountain
