# My Superpower

> Guide me to my Areas of Exploration

Perfect — let’s begin the process! 🚀

We’ll move step by step, starting with **your strengths**.

**Definition of Strengths:**
Strengths are things you’re naturally good at — skills, talents, or abilities that feel easy to you but are often difficult for others. When you know and use your strengths, you gain an unfair advantage online.

Here are the 3 questions to help uncover your strengths:

1. **What have people praised you for?**

2. **What problems have you solved?**

3. **What do you find easy to do that others find hard?**

👉 Take your time and answer each one. Once you give me your answers, I’ll help simplify them into your **3 key strengths** before we move forward.

> 1. organised, good communicator, wise for my age, methodic
> 2. cured my gastritis naturally, gained muscle size and strength as a skinny guy, lost fat effortlessly, switched to vegetarianism/veganism without troubles, deep body detox, intermittent fasting, helped fellow students pass their university exams by making videos summarising the subjects, installed linux and switched everything to free and open source software enhancing my privacy
> 3. have a six pack all year long while staying healthy and having a good physique, summarising complex concepts in easy to do stuff, installing a new operating system on a computer (mainly linux) or android phone (lineage os) and configuring everything for privacy, intermittent fasting on a daily basis, detox programs, healthy movement, rejecting most desires (7 deadly sins) and embracing virtues

Amazing answers — thank you for going deep here 🙌

Let’s simplify and distill your responses into **3 clear strengths**:

1. **Health & Fitness Mastery** → You’ve solved serious health issues (gastritis, fat loss, muscle gain), maintain a year-round six-pack, and mastered fasting, detox, and healthy living.

2. **Synthesizing & Teaching** → You naturally break down complex ideas (study notes, lifestyle habits, virtues) into simple, practical steps that help others succeed.

3. **Tech & Privacy Skills** → You’re skilled at installing and configuring Linux/LineageOS, switching to open-source software, and enhancing digital privacy.

✨ Nice! Sounds like your 3 strengths are: **health & fitness, simplifying/teaching, and tech privacy.**

Would you like to move on to **Step 2: Discovering your Passions**?

> Yes

Perfect — let’s move to **Step 2: Discovering your Passions** 🌟

**Definition of Passions:**
Passions are the things you **love to do** — activities or topics that energize you, make time fly, and that you’d happily keep doing even if no one paid you. When you work on your passions, you’re more likely to stick with them, master them, and build something meaningful.

Here are your 3 questions:

1. **What kind of work would you do even if you weren’t paid for it?**

2. **What activities make you lose track of time you are so engaged in them?**

3. **What are you obsessed with or want to be the best at?**

👉 Share your answers, and I’ll help you simplify them into your **3 key passions**.

> 1. It's kind of odd to say, but the Rennaisance Man: an observer, an experimenter, a creator, a philosopher, a teacher, but not school teacher, something more like like Leonardo Da Vinci, interested in many things. I like the idea to get around like-minded people and going through knowledge to obtain wisdom. I think any "work" inside that cycle would be something I would do for free
> 2. Speedreading, talking with like-minded people about fascinating topics exchanging wisdom, writing down (journaling) deep thoughts and coming up with more reasoning and new ideas, studying (taking notes, synthesizing, creating diagrams of structured information), recording videos, watching videos or listening to podcasts that contain breakthrough knowledge
> 3. Many things, but I am certainly attracted to holistic health, the alchemy between the body, mind, soul and spirit, detachment which leads to freedom, freedom from sins (stoicism, philosophy), freedom from money (not worrying about it, not needing it), freedom from the mind (kapil gupta, eckhart tolle), freedom from time (not exchanging my time working on something I dislike just for money), becoming an interdimensional warrior and free my soul from this matrix

This is gold 🔥 — your answers show a very deep and unique combination of interests. Let’s distill them into **3 clear passions**:

1. **Holistic Health & Freedom** → You’re drawn to mastering the alchemy between body, mind, soul, and spirit — exploring philosophy, stoicism, and practices that lead to freedom from desires, money, and the mind.

2. **Learning, Synthesizing & Teaching** → You’re passionate about speedreading, journaling, note-taking, diagramming, recording, and exchanging wisdom — taking knowledge and turning it into structured, shareable insights.

3. **Exploration & Renaissance Thinking** → You’re obsessed with being a modern Renaissance person — experimenting, observing, creating, and connecting with like-minded thinkers to pursue wisdom.

✨ Nice! Sounds like your 3 passions are: **holistic health & freedom, learning & teaching wisdom, and modern Renaissance exploration.**

Would you like to move on to **Step 3: Finding your Areas of Exploration** (this is where we combine your strengths + passions to identify actual niches to try online)?

> Yes move on

Awesome 🚀 We’re now at the **final step: Areas of Exploration** — the fun part where we turn your strengths + passions into potential online paths.

**Definition of Areas of Exploration:**
Areas of Exploration are **broad topics or niches** where you can experiment, create, and potentially build an online career. They aren’t narrow “niches” yet — just spaces where your strengths and passions overlap, giving you an unfair advantage.

Here are the 3 guiding questions for you:

1. **Pain:** What problems have you solved in your own life?

2. **Profession:** What past work or professional experience do you have?

3. **Passion:** What feels like play to you but looks like work to others?

👉 Brain dump as many ideas as you can — don’t hold back. Everything is valid at this stage. After your answers, I’ll suggest **10 broad areas of the internet** you could explore that align with what makes you unique.

> 1. moving to another country and learning the new languages, overcoming a breakup, build muscle size and strength at home, lose body fat without losing muscle, deep body detox, overcoming procrastination by finding the best way to study for university exams, stay in great shape year-round, overcoming temptation and desires (7 deadly sins), becoming a consistent vegetarian/vegan, eating healthy easily, reversing a tumor growth naturally, overcoming gastritis naturally, increased privacy and digital freedom going all-in with free and open source software
> 2. graduate of human nutrition and dietetics, worked as a website builder (mainly Wordpress and some HUGO), content creator (simple diagrams of complex subjects, video scripting, recording, editing, thumbnail creation, image manipulation in GIMP, some audacity audio editing), hotel maintenance assistant guy (a bit of electrician, plumber, construction worker, general maintenance, housekeeping), a bit of accounting services (basic stuff), linux computer and linux server maintainer (as a hobby for my family and my homeserver), cashier
> 3. definitely all the linux stuff (backup, maintenance, installation, configuration, troubleshooting), but also the health stuff like intermittent fasting, maintaining a healthy diet and a great body shape year-round (six pack without going to the gym, just working out at home), definitely synthesizing long and complex information in simple and organised diagrams or summaries, accounting for all my expenses (keeping track of everything), decluttering and getting all my stuff organised (I am kind of a minimalist and I bring intention in what I own, I like to have everything organised and clean)

This is a powerhouse list 💥 You’ve clearly solved major problems, built real skills, and found areas that feel like play. That’s exactly what makes your exploration unique.

Based on your **strengths (health & fitness, teaching/simplifying, tech/privacy)** and your **passions (holistic health & freedom, wisdom synthesis, Renaissance exploration)** — here are **10 Areas of the Internet you could explore**:

✨ These are all **broad explorations** where your unique combo of skills + passions could shine.

Now the key question for you:
👉 **Which 3 topics excite you the most?** Let’s focus on those! If you’d like more suggestions or refinements, we can shape them even further.

> Wow, it's kind of difficult to choose, I like pretty much all of them. I can discard only a few. I also think that some of them could be grouped together like 1 and 2, 4 and 9, 5 and 7... then there is nº8 that I think it would be "the way" I then teach the other areas, the "how" (similar to this synthesizer course), rather than the "what" of the other areas.
>
> I have to say I am extremely attracted to number 2, this is a must of the 3 exciting ones. Then I am in doubt for the other 2... I like number 7, I value quite a lot number 3 and I can take advantage of my experience and degree with number 1, I stand by number 9 which I recently started studying and of course number 4 is a base for the rest in my opinion like a frame of mind together with number 5. I am not quite into 6, 8 and 10 even though they are optimal areas and I like them, they just don't excite me as the others

That’s a very insightful breakdown 👏 You’re already thinking like a **synthesizer** by grouping and prioritizing! Let’s refine based on what you said:

- **Must-have**:
  ✅ **Longevity & Fasting Lifestyle (#2)**

- **Grouped themes you like**:

- Holistic Health & Nutrition (#1) + Longevity (#2) → could be one broader “Health & Natural Healing” path.

- Minimalism (#4) + Self-Reliant Living (#9) → could form a “Simplicity & Self-Reliance” path.

- Philosophy & Stoicism (#5) + Mind-Body-Spirit Integration (#7) → could form a “Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom” path.

- **Other strong contenders**:

- Digital Privacy & Open Source Living (#3) (leveraging your tech strength).

- Content Creation & Visual Learning (#8) (as you said, this might be your method rather than your topic).

✨ Based on this, here’s a clearer shortlist for your 3 Areas of Exploration:

1. **Longevity & Natural Healing** (intermittent fasting, holistic nutrition, detox, year-round health).

2. **Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom** (stoicism, virtues, detachment, body-mind-soul alchemy, freedom mindset).

3. **Simplicity & Self-Reliance** (minimalism, organization, intentional living, DIY health/tech, modern Renaissance approach).

💡 You could weave #3 (Digital Privacy & Open Source) into Self-Reliance if you want to keep things tighter, or keep it separate if tech excites you enough.

👉 So the question now is: **Do these 3 (Longevity & Natural Healing, Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom, Simplicity & Self-Reliance) feel like the right ones to you? Or do you want to swap one for Digital Privacy (#3)?**

> In the back of my mind there is Uncle Ted saying that technology should not be abused and I can definitely say that it would be contrary to my belief to lore on the linux world and create a tech channel. The main reason I like it and I know what I know in tech is by chasing user freedom and privacy. Like Richard Stallman, I stand for freedom, in fact I pretty much distinguish "Open source software" made for better programs, to "Free Software" made for software freedom, respecting the 4 freedoms of free software. I don't even use my phone that much for that matter as I consider it a spying device and one of the worst forms of technology ever invented. I like Like Smith approach to tech, where Uncle Ted might be too extreme, RMS quite extreme, Luke Smith nails it for me. His approach on "just don't use stupid tech" and "phones make you stupid and boring", while praising linux and free software for their freedom, extensibility and customization, just makes it perfect.
> So I guess it excites me until it doesn't. I guess would put it inside Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom and/or Simplicity & Self-Reliance, what do you think?

This is a brilliant distinction 🙌 — and it shows you’ve already developed a **philosophical framework for technology**.

You’re not interested in “tech for tech’s sake” (like a Linux tutorial channel). Instead, you see **tech as a tool for freedom** — and as part of a larger worldview about living intentionally, avoiding “stupid tech,” and protecting independence.

That means:

- **Digital Freedom** (Linux, FOSS, Stallman, Luke Smith’s approach) is not a standalone area for you.

- It’s actually a **supporting pillar** of your deeper values: **Freedom, Simplicity, and Philosophy.**

So yes, it naturally fits into both:

- **Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom** → because rejecting addictive/enslaving tech is a spiritual + philosophical stance.

- **Simplicity & Self-Reliance** → because free software, decluttering, and intentional living all align as tools for autonomy.

✨ This makes your 3 Areas of Exploration even more solid and coherent:

1. **Longevity & Natural Healing** → fasting, holistic nutrition, detox, health independence.

2. **Philosophy & Spiritual Freedom** → stoicism, virtues, detachment, conscious tech choices, living free from desires.

3. **Simplicity & Self-Reliance** → minimalism, intentional living, DIY skills, free software/digital freedom as part of a broader lifestyle.

This way, your **tech knowledge supports your worldview**, rather than leading it. You’re not “the Linux guy” — you’re “the freedom guy who uses Linux because it aligns with his philosophy.”

👉 Does this framing feel aligned with how you want to show up online?
