**Father Tate Quote**
> "My unmatched perspicacity coupled up with sheer indefatigability makes me a feared opponent in any realm of human endeavour" - Andrew Tate

## 1 - Speed

Always move forward, always get shit done. Quicker while maintaining quality. "A plane that loses engines will keep flying because of speed".
"The faster you get things done, the faster you'll get money"
Everything must happen instantly!
Speed always wins! Everyone is slow...

## 2 - Business is money in

If you're not getting paid, you're not doing business.
Most people focus too much on **spending** money for the business rather than making **money**
Business? **Where is the money?** how are you going to convince them to pay you?

## 3 - Start ideas for free

You don't need a lot of money to start businesses, you don't need an office, staff, super computers, etc... Just a website and a fucking blackboard hahaha. Don't surpass 5.000€ to start any new business

## 4 - Family staff

Find young people to work for you, they know a lot about the trends (future) and they are super cheap.
Free and cheap people that can work for you are everywhere out there, use them!
Pakistani brothers sharing house, luxury cars... **collectively own** things with a brother/good friend --> cheaper for everyone.
**Always work with Family!**

## 5 - Command respect

Go to the Gym --> Big physical presence, disciplined guy, more convincing, word more valuable = Respect Owned
A big strong dude will always sound more convincing than fat obese dude

## 6 - Resell to people you already sold to

Easiest way to make money. Discounts and resell. Easier to sell to the same person than to find new ones.

## 7 - Don't get legal before getting rich

Make millions and then worry about the legal crap, it's counterproductive worrying about costs having no money.

## 9 - Use what you got

List everything you've got and find a way to get money in with everything on that list. Figure out how to bring the money in with those things without spending money

## 10 - Staff

A staff member either makes you **money** or saves you **time**.
If they don't do at least one of the 2, you don't need staff, fire him and save the money.

## 11 - Outsource cheaply

Find a student or use Fiverr, never hire a company to do the work.

## 12 - You can't f*ck up if you don't spend money

At the beginning you don't have to spend. Only use the money you generated and spend it wisely (only if it's an investment that will make more money)

## 13 - Businesses won't last forever

Look after yourself first! If the business fails make sure you won't, never try to save the business if it's sinkbox.
They are there to make you rich, not for the vanity.

## 14 - Reputation control

Always try to do more good than bad. **Never ignore** people, it pisses them off. Take the criticism personally to avoid the spread of it.

## 15 - Change the way you think about money

**Think about money all the time!** think outside the box. Interact with businesses out there and imagine how you can potentially improve them if you'd run them or if you could compete with them. **Analyse everything!**
Coffee shop --> look at the prices, look at how busy it is, buy coffee, sit down and think how you would make it better, if you were able to compete with them, the profits, the margins, the strategies...

## 16 - Ways to improve the job

Make a list of all the things that could improve the job and then ask yourself why you don't do them...
Use that wasted time to either improve or to start something new

## 17 - Don't compete on price

If you compete on price you're going to lose. You need to sell on brand/status/reputation. Price = who you're as a person, do you want to be a Bullshit or a Lambo?
Reputation and better quality products NEED to be charged more.

## 18 - You only learn by listening

Around people who make a lot of money, shut up and listen, they probably know something you don't know

## 19 - Double company strategy

If you're trying to close with some client but you can't for whatever reason, contact them with another company and convince them to buy

## 20 - Attention is free advertising

Do anything it takes! There is not a thing as bad attention. Then once you have attention sell right away your product, shamelessly.
**Attention is the currency of the modern world!**

### Play on people's insecurities

Just sell them what they want. Example of the cam girls saying they like fat boys lol, or the protein shake that will make you jacked and if you don't buy it you won't be as muscular

## 21 - Network is everything!

Losers enrol with losers, winners enrol with winners. If your friends aren't talking about money why are you talking to them?

> "You're the average of the 5 people you spend most time with"

"Network Brilliance" and "War Room" for network

## 22 - Bottled enthusiasm

Don't be excited about things, act like James Bond, control your emotions.
When you receive money it only lasts 3 seconds, then it's gone... **Go fucking get more of it!!!** don't live in the past, living in the past is going to sink your business.

> "Everyday I wake up broke, at zero, poor, every fucking day, no matter how much I made the day before" - Andrew Tate

Live in the present, look at the future. **Yesterday is gone!! More more more more!!!**

## 23 - Send people their money back

This is his business hack, people love that shit.
When they buy (2k), make some excuse that it would be better for both to start in 2 weeks time blah blah blah and actually send the money back (2k).
They're going to build a lot of trust in you because they received a refund.
After the 2 weeks contact them again and propose a new price of only 3k because of a really good opportunity blah blah blah... They will buy the 3k every fucking time (they trust you because you sent the money back)

## 24 - Hard close people

Create false urgency and force them to buy.
You're going to lose some people, but the people you close are much more valuable than the ones you lost. Get a definitive! Fuck the maybes

## 25 - Business isn't real until they pay

It doesn't matter if they sign a contract, if they say yes, if they agree, if they promised... It's only real when the money is in the bank

## 26 - Stress tolerance

Learn to care about things **mentally but not emotionally.**
⬆️Tolerance to stress = ⬆️Successful and rich
The more stress you can adopt the more money you can make.

> "Not successful right now? You cannot tolerate stress" - Andrew Tate

The need to rest or sleep, low energy, not knowing what to do is all because you have a low stress tolerance.
Start a company today to improve the stress tolerance by dealing with all the things of running a company

## 27 - Convince people they need what you sell

The protein shake again hahaha. Don't sell about the product, sell the need.

> "People sometimes buy things they want, but they always but things they need" - Andrew Tate

## 28 - Legality of contracts isn't real

If you make them sign a contract and they don't pay, don't sue then because it goes against the 1st law: Speed. Bureaucracy is slow AF.
Mutual interest over contracts, build upon trust. Fuck contracts

## 29 - Make sure your partners need you and make sure you need them

If you find out they don't need you anymore or you don't need them, go fucking do it on your own! Stop being a coward

## 30 - Every purchase is an impulse purchase

False scarcity, hard close -> they work because all are impulse purchases

## 31 - Talk about the future

When you talk about the future with the client you presume the present
Talk like they've already bought the product

## 32 - Always sell the result

it's way more interesting what the ebook will give you, rather than the ebook itself

## 33 - Sell your image

don't try to constantly save money, your image is important. even a nice car helps you make more money, because that's your reputation... you would have not buy this course if Tate didn't had the house and cars that he has. "Flexing on the broke boys is important"

### The better you get at talking, the better you'll sell

Everything nowadays is summarised into "a guy that enters a room and speaks". Learn how to speak, you need to get good at talking

Avoid "aaah" "uuhh" "mmhhh" "emmh" at all costs. He reccommends to watch his course on Body language
when given a question, instead of those stupid sounds to make up time, simply "repeat the question" and then answer it... "so you want to know how the fax capacitor works? Ok I'll explain you everything!".

## 34 - Everything will go wrong all the time

that's why you need a great stress tolerance and most importantly, the rule number 1: SPEED
if your backend fails but you still receive orders, instead of declining orders because of the problem, try to fix it but never ever decline the money coming in... it's like the spinning bucket with water, if you slow down water will fall and so will your business, KEEP THE MONEY COMING AT ALL COSTS

## 35 - Find loyal people and offer them a job

instead of looking for someone to do a specific job, look for people that you trust and can get you things done quickly

## 36 - Aim way to high

never be content with what you have, always chase more

## 37 - Be confident all the time

Be sure about yourself, otherwise people won't trust you with their money...
example of the doctor: "yes I've done this a lot of times, it's simple" vs "well, it's going to be hard, I didn't sleep last night".
Extremely confident but not a bullshitter

## 38 - We don't "make" money, we "take" money

money is like water, it never stays still... (the geography water cycle) and if you put yourself in the right place at the right time, you're going to get wet. Most people are middle man

## 39 - Don't make anyone irreplaceable

if you currently have an "assistant" that's irreplaceable, instead of letting that person excel alone, convince them to give a speech to the rest of the group and teach them their knowledge in return for a day off... this way the rest is going to improve and if he/she goes away, it's not a big deal anymore...

## 40 - Tell people they cannot have things

If you tell people they can't have things, chances are they want things
in other words: create scarcity...
"let me check if we have the flux capacitor, since they're in high demand right now and maybe we're out of stock, why do you need them for?

## 41 - WE ARE ALL LAZY PEOPLE

the majority of people know what to do, or what they're supposed to do, but the reality is that they don't achieve what they want because they're lazy. even with a good project in our hands 99% of people won't take action.

## 42 - Why are you running a side hustle?

for MONEY, not for anything else... it's a myth that you must be passionate about one thing to sell it, you must know about sales to sell it lol. Be only passionate for profit

## 43 - Online wars need strategy

he went to war against the star wars fanboys to then sell them his PHD course, very clever...
always plan and have an end goal (sell)

## 44 - Use FOMO correctly

talk about how many people already bought your product, do not do it with a fake deadline.
If everyone is doing it, they'll follow it (sheep like people)

## 45 - Chaos is opportunities

find them and think how you can take profit from the situation

## 46 - Learn to view your offers from your buyers' eyes

you make money because people decide to give it to you

## 47 - If you didn't see it, it didn't happen

Don't assume work on your staff, check on them. find a way to verify the work they do

## 48 - Everybody loves a winner

Never ever ever admit a problem and never ever ever admit that you're struggling

## 49 - Keep an eye on competitors and steal their ideas

especially powerful with the speed implementation, very easy to overtake them...
