### Connecting people, brokering deals

If you sell a yacht for a rich person to another rich person and you get a commission for that we talk about half million in a transaction of 5M with 10% commission

## Venture capital firms (millionaires that want to invest into startups)

Become a scout

Make a commission for every new startup you discover for that investor

Or

Make a carried interest 1-3%. When the start-up has grown and is sold you get 1-3% of the sale price (we talk about that if it is sold for 200M you get 2M for that)

## Real Estate

Connecting people buying houses and get a commission for that

Luxury real estate agent

## Become expert at something and sell that skill through consulting
