# How to create a funnel

> by Shane Sterling

## 1. Define your hyperniche

what can you help people with? what are you passionate about?

you cannot skip this one

## 2. Make an irresistible offer

Offer stacked with value, then slash the price really cheap...

support, coaching, accountability, community, downloads, action plans, protocols, mean plans, training videos... 20 things → huge value

instead of charging €300/y, 75% off → €89/y or €7.5/m

go ahead, create videos, create the protocols, the action plans, the meal plans, the downloads

## 3. Make a 6-part video course

The actual funnel, the free video course

Video is better than written, the perceived value is higher than an ebook.

1. Welcome them to the course
2. Tell them who the course is for
3. Tell them what they will get out of watching the course
4. Tell them your qualification and why you are qualified to present this course
5. Handle their objections (to their transformation)
6. The solution to their problem is in the offer

each video need to educate and inspire, BUT most importantly it needs to present your offer as the solution to their problem and reveal their objections to them.

## 4. Use social media to grow your email list to 5000

The email list is the foundation, a MUST HAVE!

2k subs → 100k/y | 5k subs → 200k/y

## 5. Get mentorship

# Making Money Was Hard Until I Understood This

## 1. It’s not about me.

Stop letting financial fears control you. Shift focus outward—stop obsessing over bills and jobs—and adopt an observer’s mindset. See the world as a landscape of possibilities, not stress. Your power lies in witnessing what’s possible. Break free from self-doubt and start seeing opportunities everywhere.

"Here's the magic secret I'm telling you: flip the lens around. Flip it around like you're just a ghost. You're not even there. You're just a lens looking out at the world."

## 2. Create value for others

Breakthroughs happen when you shift focus from yourself to others. Create value by solving real problems. This service-oriented mindset triggers transformation. Ask, "How can I help?" instead of worrying about your own struggles. This shift unlocked my financial freedom. At 44, starting my coaching business, I realized: it’s not about me—it’s about serving. Helping others leads to miracles.

## 3. Align with your true gifts

True value comes from aligning with your gifts—your purpose, vision, and strengths. I sold my clothing stores because they weren’t fully aligned with my calling. I needed 100% alignment, not 80%. My gifts include understanding plant-based living and animal suffering, which led me to promote raw veganism and detox. By applying my passion for health and veganism to help others, I found real impact. When your gifts are aligned with service, transformation happens naturally.

## 4. Stretch out of your comfort zone

Transformation starts when you step outside your comfort zone. Staying the same won’t bring change—growth demands discomfort. Even small wins require pushing past ease. Reaching a million dollars was a psychological milestone, not about the money. Focus on purpose, not comfort. Embrace discomfort, align with your gifts, and serve others. Growth happens when you push beyond what’s easy.

## 5. Hold the vision/not circumstance

Hold the vision, not the circumstance. Even if you're unsure of your gifts or how to succeed, focus on the outcome you want. Successful people master holding a vision, even when it's hard. It's like holding a plank—uncomfortable, but necessary. Most abandon their vision quickly due to fear or doubt. But if you hold your vision relentlessly—visualizing financial freedom, for example—divine intelligence aligns around it. The universe supports your vision, not your current struggles. Focus on what you want, not what you lack.

## 6. Be a leader

To be a leader, serve others, embrace discomfort, and get out of your own way. Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about showing that growth requires discomfort and selflessness. True leadership means confronting your shadow—trauma, heartbreak, and self-limiting stories—and integrating them. This breaks the poverty mindset. Be the leader for yourself by serving others, stepping into discomfort, and moving beyond the stories that hold you back.

## 7. Let it be uncomfortable

Embrace discomfort and surrender to uncertainty. True leadership requires vision and surrender—hold your vision firmly but release attachment to timelines. Allow discomfort, fear, and uncertainty without resistance. Breakthroughs happen when you trust the process, step out of your comfort zone, and surrender to the universe’s timing. Growth occurs in the space between effort and surrender.
